Wagering Requirements: Unless a promotion is explicitly stated to be a cash bonus with no wagering requirement, all bonuses issued by winbd vip are subject to a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is stated in multiples of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable). 6. Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using your winbd vip account for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent for third-party bettors or accepting bets from other individuals through your account.
7. Intellectual Property Infringement: Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any winbd vip content, branding, software, or game content without express written permission.
8. Harassment: Using any winbd vip communication channel — including live chat and support emails — to harass, threaten, or abuse winbd vip staff or other players.

winbd vip reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

winbd vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• The player becomes ineligible to use the platform (e.g., falls under the minimum age threshold, becomes an employee of winbd vip).
• Duplicate account detection — all accounts beyond the first registered account will be closed.
• At the player's own request, including for self-exclusion purposes.

Voluntary Account Closure: You may close your winbd vip account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by winbd vip — all pending bets will be settled according to normal rules, all unsatisfied bonus balances will be voided, and your access to the platform will be revoked. winbd vip will retain records of your account activity for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with our data retention obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winbd vip, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the winbd vip platform — including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or the cost of substitute services, even if winbd vip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Platform Availability: winbd vip does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary platform unavailability. winbd vip will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, including the inability to place a bet on a time-sensitive event.

Maximum Aggregate Liability: In any event, winbd vip's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your winbd vip account in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Force Majeure: winbd vip shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic events, government actions, telecommunications network failures, power outages, or third-party service provider failures.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless winbd vip and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms & Conditions or your use of the winbd vip platform.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to winbd vip's international offshore operating licence. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law.
